Founder Hive - A peer advisory approach
Founders helping founders to solve challenges, create growth, and focus on success.
How does Founder Hive work?
As a founder, you face tough challenges every day. Whether it’s growing your business, leading your team, balancing your work and life, or anything else that keeps you up at night. You don’t have to face them alone.
Join a small group of fellow founders and mentors who can help you solve your problems with their insights and experience. You’ll get to share your specific challenge and get feedback from others who understand what you’re going through. You’ll also get to ask questions and offer advice to others in the group.
By the end of the session, you’ll have concrete suggestions on what to do next from people who want you to succeed. The choice is yours to take action and make it happen.
Why join a Founder Hive?
🐝 Founders often feel isolated, and even lonely, which can be a particular challenge when they need help with a specific challenge.
🐝 Founders are always looking for valid, useful insights and advice on the challenges that they face.
🐝 Founders often lack access to a diverse group of other founders from which to gather advice. These founders are most likely to have had a shared experience, even if the industry context is different. Founder Meetups aren’t conducive to this kind of deep sharing of business issues.
🐝 Boards, investors, etc. can be hard to approach with problems. Even Advisory Board members can be fraught with problems, with Founders not wanting to show weakness or doubt to these key communities.
With Founder Hive you get access to valuable insights and advice from a discrete, empathetic group of individuals willing to help you to tackle complex business issues. It all happens in a safe space for founders to discuss their challenges and receive expert guidance tailored to their specific needs.
